Processing Times

All orders are handmade in Queensland. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia‑wide using Australia Post. Standard delivery times are typically 3–8 business days, depending on your location. Express Post is available at checkout for faster delivery.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries. Delivery times vary by destination and may take 2–4 weeks. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery times are outside our control. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
